These Terms govern your use of the Ibraluks Rides app and services, operated by Ibraluks Enterprise ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Ibraluks Rides connects riders with independent drivers. We provide the technology platform; drivers provide the transportation. Availability, pickup times and fare estimates are not guaranteed.
Accounts
You must be at least 18, give accurate information, verify your phone number, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or block accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or commit fraud.
Riders
- Fares are estimated before you book and may change with route, time, tolls or waiting. You pay by card (processed by Stripe) or cash, as chosen when booking.
- Card rides are authorized when you book and charged when the trip is completed. Cancellations may incur a fee.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. You are responsible for damage you cause.
Drivers
- Drivers must hold a valid driver's licence, keep valid insurance and vehicle registration, and provide documents for review. Verified insurance and verified vehicle registration are required to go online unless we grant an exception.
- Drivers may be subject to a background check and must follow all traffic and transportation laws.
- Drivers are independent and are responsible for their own vehicles, taxes and permits.
Safety
In an emergency, call 911. The in-app safety tools (share trip, share location, call 911) are aids and do not replace emergency services.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, harass anyone, carry illegal items, interfere with the service, or try to access other accounts or data.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
