Delete Your Ibraluks Rides Account

This page explains how riders and drivers can delete their Ibraluks Rides account and associated data, what we delete, and what we keep.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open the Ibraluks Rides app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Review the “What we delete” and “What we keep” summary.
5. Type DELETE to confirm. If you sign in with an email and password, also enter your password.
6. Tap Permanently delete my account, then Yes, delete.

Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out. It can’t be undone. You can’t delete your account while you have a ride in progress, a pending ride request, or an upcoming reservation; finish or cancel these first.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (no sign-in needed)

If you can’t use the app, email help@ibraluks.com with the subject Account deletion request. Include the phone number or email address on your account. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before deleting it.

We process email requests within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
• Your sign-in, so you can no longer log in with this account
• Notification tokens, saved destination filter, and referral code
• Comments you wrote in ratings
• Pickup and drop-off addresses on your trips (and the name and phone of anyone you booked a ride for). Trip coordinates are reduced to an approximate area.
• Saved payment details held with our payment processor, Stripe
• For drivers: driver’s license number, vehicle plate and registration details, insurance details and documents, uploaded photos, background check details, and location data. Your driver account goes offline and can no longer be matched with rides.

What we keep

As our Privacy Policy explains, we keep some records as required for legal, tax, and safety purposes. After deletion these are no longer linked to your name or contact information:

• Trip, payment, and driver earnings and payout records (fares, dates, status, and approximate area), for accounting, tax, and Texas recordkeeping requirements
• Star ratings, no longer linked to your name
• Referral and promotion reward records

We keep these de-identified records indefinitely, for legal, tax, accounting, and safety purposes, unless we decide to delete them sooner.

Drivers: unpaid earnings are still paid out on the normal schedule to a connected payout account.
